Terms and conditions of use
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms of Use”) are intended to inform the conditions for interaction with the Doris.Mobi application called DORIS APP (or “App”). By clicking on ‘Start’, You express your free, informed, and unequivocal consent to the terms set forth herein, as well as to the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy.
These Terms of Use were prepared by
DORIS.MOBI TECNOLOGIA S.A., headquartered in the City of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, at Avenida Brigadeiro Faria Lima, No. 2,092, 10th floor, units E102 and E104, room 07, Jardim Paulistano, ZIP Code 01451-905, registered under CNPJ No. 19.782.186/0001-06 (hereinafter referred to as “Doris.Mobi”).
The App is a fashion virtual assistant and also a social network created by Doris.Mobi, offering technology and services so that You may, in accordance with these Terms of Use:
• Receive fashion tips from Doris.Mobi, specially prepared for You, according to Your preferences and interests;
• Send Images of Yourself or other people (who have authorized the use and submission of such Images by You) to virtually try on Clothing Items suggested by the App based on Your profile;
• Send Images of Clothing Items so that You may try them on and/or discover where to purchase such Clothing Items;
• Send Images of any persons (who have authorized the use and submission of such Images by You) so that You may try on the Clothing Items of such persons and/or discover where to purchase such Clothing Items.
Attention! You must have obtained authorization from such persons for the use and submission of such images, or be authorized to use them in accordance with Applicable Law. You are solely responsible to Doris.Mobi and/or any third parties for all losses and damages caused to third parties by the misuse of such images. The use of Images of minors under 18 years of age is only permitted by the minor’s legal representative, in accordance with Applicable Law.• Receive suggestions on which sizes best fit Your body, based on Your submitted Image and clothing size charts obtained from major fashion e-commerce platforms;
• Receive suggestions on where to purchase the Clothing Items suggested by the App and/or submitted by You;
• Browse third-party websites that display Clothing Items for sale and virtually try on such Clothing Items;
• Create a virtual wardrobe from Clothing Items, allowing You to try them on at any time;
• Provide information for the construction of a Database, which will be used by Doris.Mobi to build Your style profile and present You with suggestions of Clothing Item combinations, according to Your preferences and interests;
• Connect with other members of the Doris Community to interact and exchange experiences, looks, photos, etc.
You will not pay anything to register in the App. Some services and technologies offered by Doris.Mobi may eventually be charged, but You will be informed in advance of any fees.
We receive compensation from third parties to display product and service advertisements to You, as well as to allow Doris.Mobi to consider such products and services when providing fashion tips to You. But don’t worry, Doris’s tips will always take Your preferences and interests into account.
By using the App, You agree that we may display advertisements we consider relevant to You, based on Your profile. We use Your Personal Data to help determine Your preferences and interests, as well as which advertisements to display.
In our
Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy,we explain how we process Your Personal Data to identify Your preferences and interests, build Your profile, determine some of the advertisements to be displayed, and provide our services.
We emphasize that it is very important that You read, become familiar with, and understand these Terms of Use and our Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy, as well as Your rights and obligations as a User.

Meaning of the Expressions Used in these Terms of Use
The expressions below, whenever used or initiated with capital letters, shall have the following meanings:
App: means the Doris.Mobi application called “Doris App,” through which services and content made available by Doris.Mobi may be accessed in accordance with these Terms of Use.
Governmental Authority: means any government, authority, governmental entity, regulatory agency, public prosecutor’s office, tax authority (including, without limitation, the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service and state and municipal tax authorities), commission, board, council, stock exchange, bodies, and any court, arbitral tribunal, judge, arbitrator, foreign or national tribunal, with jurisdiction, as applicable, over Doris.Mobi and/or the Users.
Database: means the structured set of Personal Data, established in one or several locations, in physical and electronic support, generated as a result of activities carried out by Users through the use of the App.
Doris Community: means the group of Users who, like You, transmit Content to/through the App, interact, and share information among themselves.
Account: means Your virtual account, automatically created upon Your registration, for recording all actions carried out by You in the App and to allow You to identify Yourself before the Doris Community. All Users, therefore, will have an Account.
Content: means any and all content sent, made available, and/or in any way transmitted by You or other Users in the Doris Community.
Personal Data: means any and all data related to an identified or identifiable natural person, including but not limited to identification numbers, location data, and/or electronic identifiers and IP addresses, when related to a natural person, or any data that, alone or combined, allows the creation of a behavioral profile of an identified natural person. When referring to You, Personal Data shall be understood as any Personal Data sent, made available, and/or transmitted by You through the App.
Sensitive Personal Data: means any Personal Data regarding racial or ethnic origin, religious belief, political opinion, union membership or membership in a religious, philosophical, or political organization, Personal Data concerning health or sex life, genetic or biometric Personal Data, when linked to a natural person.
Doris.Mobi: means DORIS.MOBI TECNOLOGIA S.A., owner and/or holder of the right to use the application.
Deletion: means the exclusion of Personal Data or sets of Personal Data stored in a Database, regardless of the procedure employed.
Image: means, with respect to a natural person, any forms of representation, including photographic, of the human figure, visual aspect, appearance, gestures, distinct body parts, expressions of personality, name, surname, nicknames, code names, and pseudonyms, as well as the audiovisual process resulting from the fixation of images with or without sound, intended to create, through reproduction, the impression of movement, regardless of the processes of capture, the medium initially or subsequently used to fix it, as well as the means used for its dissemination, including but not limited to:
(i) newspapers, magazines, brochures, marketing materials, catalogs, and/or any other printed media;
(ii) fashion art, painting, sculpture, drawing, photography, reprography, caricature or decorative representation; (iii) sound image of phonography and broadcasting; and/or (iv) cinematography, television, and Internet.
Applicable Law: means any law, code, decree, regulation, regulatory requirement, rule, ordinance, instruction, statement, resolution, judicial, arbitral, or administrative decision, of any Governmental Authority.
Login: means Your mobile phone number, used at the time of registration and used for Your identification in Doris.Mobi.
Clothing Item: means the image of a specific, Wearable clothing item, which allows Doris.Mobi to perform its virtual projection, enabling the simulation of the use of such clothing item by a person.
Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy: means the document entitled “Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy” applicable to Doris.Mobi, which contains provisions on the Processing of Users’ Personal Data, the terms of which must be fully accepted by You as a condition for Your registration.
Support: means, collectively, the communication channels with Doris.Mobi.
Terms of Use: means this document entitled “Terms of Use,” which, together with the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy, contains the terms and conditions of use of the App by Users.
Processing: means any operations carried out with Personal Data, including but not limited to collection, production, reception, classification, use, access, reproduction, transmission, sharing, distribution, processing, filing, storage, deletion, evaluation or control of information, modification, communication, transfer, dissemination, or extraction.
User: means, without distinction, any natural person who registers in the App, including You, after completing Your registration.
Wearable: means, with respect to a clothing item, that such clothing item meets the technical requirements of the App so that its virtual projection can be successfully completed, enabling the simulation of the use of such clothing item by a person.
You (and, when referring to You, the pronouns “Your” and “Yours”): means the natural person who is, at this moment, agreeing to these Terms of Use and the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy and completing Your registration in the App. You must: (i) have legal capacity to agree to these Terms of Use and to perform all actions available in the App; (ii) provide complete, accurate, truthful, and updated registration information; (iii) provide, at Your sole expense, all and any resources necessary for the use of the App, such as internet access, equipment (computers, mobile phones, etc.), software, and systems (iOS, Android, etc.); and (iv) comply with all Applicable Laws regarding the use of the App, as a User.
1. Registration
Before completing Your registration, You must read, ensure that You have understood, and accept all the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms of Use and in the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy, which contains provisions regarding the collection, use, storage, processing, and protection of Your Personal Data. Acceptance of these Terms of Use and the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy is indispensable for the completion of Your registration and use of the App.
By registering, You declare and warrant that:
• You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms of Use and to perform all actions available in the App;
• All information provided in Your registration is complete, accurate, truthful, and up to date;
• You will provide, at Your sole expense, all and any resources necessary for the use of the App, such as internet access, equipment (computers, mobile phones, etc.), software, and systems (iOS, Android, etc.); and
• You are registering in the App with the purpose of using the App’s functions in accordance with these Terms of Use.
If You have been suspended by Doris.Mobi, whether temporarily or permanently, and are barred from using the App, You may not create a new registration.
You will complete a single registration, and Your Login will necessarily be Your mobile phone number, through which communications within Doris.Mobi may be established. Your mobile phone number may be changed through our Support channel.
Your registration will only be confirmed and considered valid if You fill in all mandatory fields in the Doris registration form with exact and accurate information. Once confirmed, You may use the services and technologies offered by the App
Doris.Mobi is not responsible for the accuracy or truthfulness of the data entered by You in Your registration. You guarantee and remain liable, at any time and under any circumstances, civilly and criminally, for the truthfulness, accuracy, and authenticity of Your registration data.
Doris.Mobi may refuse any registration request that does not comply with these Terms of Use. Doris.Mobi may suspend or terminate Your Account and registration as provided in the Suspension and Termination of Account section.
Doris.Mobi may, at its sole discretion and at any time, conduct searches it deems necessary to verify the existence of incorrect or false data, as well as request additional data and/or documents from You, including personal documents, which it considers relevant to confirm the registration data provided
You agree to notify Doris.Mobi immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of Your Login, such notification to be made in writing and directed to Doris.Mobi through our Support channel.
You will be solely responsible for:
• Updating the information in Your registration whenever necessary, so that it remains accurate and current;
• Not allowing other people to use Your Account;
• Not selling, negotiating, lending, or transferring Your Account to any person in any way;
• Obtaining in advance all licenses and authorizations regarding the use of Images and/or intellectual property of third parties;
• All acts or omissions carried out from Your access to the App and/or during Your use of DORIS.APP; and;
• Any and all Content You send, make available, and/or in any way transmit through/to DORIS.APP and to other members of the Doris Community, including that related to third parties.
2. Features and Use
By registering and creating Your Account, You will have free access to the functionalities of the App and to the Doris Community, but must comply with the conditions and limits established in these Terms of Use, including, but not limited to, those related to restrictions on the use of Images and intellectual property of third parties and/or Doris.Mobi. You are solely responsible for Your use of the App, as well as for the Content You make available to other members of the Doris Community, at Your own risk.
Fashion Virtual Assistant
The App allows You to upload Your Images so that You may virtually try on Clothing Items suggested by the App. This simulation is carried out through the automated editing of the Clothing Item to create a two-dimensional virtual representation of such Clothing Item and overlay it onto the Images of Your body.
You may also upload Images of other people to the App so that You can virtually try on the Clothing Items of such people, or show them how they would look wearing the Clothing Items chosen by You.
For the operation to be completed, the uploaded Image must meet the technical requirements of the App, and the Clothing Item must be Wearable, meaning it must also meet such technical requirements.
You may save Clothing Items in Your virtual wardrobe. The App also allows You to try on all saved Clothing Items to help You choose the best look for a given occasion.
In addition, the App analyzes the Clothing Items uploaded by You and may ask questions about Your preferences and interests, in order to build Your style profile and provide You with fashion tips, including combinations of Clothing Items in general. Your profile is also built from cookies and other tracking and identification mechanisms. Based on Your preferences and interests stored by Doris.Mobi, the App may send You advertisements for products and services it considers relevant.
Social Network
The App is also a social network that allows You to connect with other members of the Doris Community to interact and exchange experiences, looks, messages, photos, videos, etc., in accordance with these Terms of Use.
You must access and use the App’s services solely for lawful, authorized, and acceptable purposes. You may not use (or assist others in using) the App:(i) in a way that violates, misappropriates, or infringes the rights of Doris.Mobi, Users, or third parties;(ii) unlawfully, in a defamatory or intimidating manner;
(iii) involving false, incorrect, or misleading statements; (iv) to impersonate another person; and/or
(v) to send unauthorized or unlawful messages, automated messages, bulk messages, or similar.
In particular, You may not send, make available, and/or in any way transmit inappropriate Content, including nudity, obscenity, threats, harassment, violence, insults or offensive language (including, but not limited to, racial or ethnic terms), advocacy or incitement to drug use and/or other types of unlawful or violent conduct, or any Content that may harm the well-being of other Users of the Doris Community or damage the image or reputation of third parties or of Doris.Mobi itself, at the sole discretion of Doris.Mobi.
You may also not use the App abusively, or in any context other than that provided for in these Terms of Use, or for the commission of crimes or misdemeanors.Você também não poderá utilizar o App de maneira abusiva, ou em qualquer outro contexto que não seja a utilização prevista nestes Termos de Uso, ou para o cometimento de crimes ou contravenções.
Relationships between Users are established at their own risk. Doris.Mobi does not intervene in or participate in any legal relationship established between Users of the Doris Community, whether arising from negotiations, promises, obligations undertaken, unlawful acts, etc.
In the event of a third-party claim, You hereby agree to and authorize the immediate transfer of Your information to such third party, without prejudice to other penalties and sanctions provided for in these Terms of Use, such as suspension, termination, etc.
Furthermore, You must indemnify Doris.Mobi for all damages caused to other Users, even if, as a result of a court decision, Doris.Mobi is held liable for such damages to said Users.
The usage limitations described in these Terms of Use are not intended to be exhaustive, and inappropriate or unreasonable use of the App may be considered by Doris.Mobi as a violation of these Terms of Use and may subject You to the penalties set forth herein.
3. Authorizations Granted by YouYou grant Doris.Mobi, free of charge, authorization for Doris.Mobi to host, store, transfer, use, make available, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute Your Image and the Content generated by You, for the purposes intended by the App and in accordance with these Terms of Use
.Thus, if You, for example, share a photo, Doris.Mobi will be authorized to store, copy, and share said photo with other people, in accordance with Your privacy settings, and with our service providers and partners responsible for maintaining and making the App available, in compliance with these Terms of Use and the
Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy.
You hereby authorize us to carry out, in accordance with these Terms of Use, the
Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy, and Applicable Law, the Processing of Your Personal Data with the purpose of building a Database so that the App may outline Your profile and learn about Your preferences and interests, as well as to display advertisements for third-party products and services.
By using the App, You acknowledge and agree that small files, known as “cookies,” “pixel tags,” “local storage,” or other local storage means provided by Your browser or associated applications, may be used to enhance Your experience, remember preferences, and enable the proper functioning of the App.
4. Your ResponsibilitiesYou are solely responsible for all Content that You send, make available, and/or in any way transmit through/to the App and to other members of the Doris Community. If such Content is subject to any third-party intellectual property rights, You declare that You have previously obtained all necessary licenses and authorizations to use said Content in the manner You do.
You are solely responsible for all Content that You send to other Users through the App, as well as for the consequences arising from Your actions within the relationships You establish with such Users.
You acknowledge that You must only use and send Images of third parties after obtaining their prior and express authorization, or if You are authorized to use them in accordance with Applicable Law, and that You are solely and exclusively responsible, before Doris.Mobi and/or any third parties, for the use You make of such Images.
Without prejudice to the other provisions of these Terms of Use, You shall indemnify and hold harmless Doris.Mobi, its partners, directors, employees, and contractors, as well as other Users, from any and all claims, liabilities, lawsuits, actions, losses, costs, damages, charges, and expenses (including, without limitation, court costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees) related to/arising from any third-party demands (including, without limitation, other Users) that concern or result from:
• Facts, acts, omissions, and/or circumstances occurring at any time (including, but not limited to, contingencies and/or civil, commercial, consumer, criminal, tax, labor, and social security liabilities), arising from procedures adopted by You;
• Your breach of any provisions of these Terms of Use, the
Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy, or any other contract or document You have entered into with Doris.Mobi;
• Your breach of any legal provision or obligation undertaken within the relationship maintained with other Users; and/or
• Your violation of any trademark, image, and/or intellectual property rights of Doris.Mobi, of any other Users, and/or of any third parties.fatos,
You must also repair/indemnify all and any damages, whether direct or indirect, caused to Doris.Mobi, to any other User of the Doris Community, and/or to any third party, as a result of any act carried out from Your access to the App and/or acts performed in Your capacity as a User, in accordance with these Terms of Use.
5. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability of Doris.Mobi
You acknowledge and agree that Doris.Mobi, its partners, directors, representatives, employees, and contractors shall not be liable or held responsible for any damages arising from (i) any Content sent, made available, and/or in any way transmitted by You; (ii) the violation of any statement made and/or any other provisions of these Terms of Use by You or any other Users; (iii) intentional or negligent acts, whether by commission or omission, carried out by You, by any Users, or by any third parties; (iv) the use of Your Account by third parties; and/or (v) the violation, by You or any other Users, of any Applicable Law.
Under no circumstances shall Doris.Mobi, its partners, directors, representatives, employees, and contractors be liable for:(i) lost profits, production losses, work stoppages, business failures, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or eventual damages;
(ii) defects or flaws in the App or incomplete, inaccurate, false, misleading, and/or outdated information provided by other Users of the App;(iii) any damages (direct or indirect), losses, or costs borne, incurred, or paid by You, resulting from or in any way related to Your access, viewing, or use of the App, or delays or inability to access, view, or use the App;(iv) any personal injury, death, bodily harm, property damage, or any other damages (direct or indirect), losses, or costs borne, incurred, or paid by You, arising from acts, statements, warranties, errors, violations, negligence, improper conduct (intentional or not), omissions, non-compliance, false information, and/or offenses committed, carried out, or provided by other Users (their employees, professionals, directors, agents, representatives, or affiliated companies) or by third parties; and (v) deletion, storage failure, or transmission failure of any communication or Content maintained by the App.
Doris.Mobi shall also not be liable for: (i) any act or omission carried out and/or damage caused by You arising from Your access to the App; (ii) any effect or implication resulting from the relationship established between You and other Users through the App; (iii) misuse of the App and/or Content uploaded, sent, and/or transmitted to/from the App and to other members of the Doris Community by any User or third party; and (iv) technical failures, impossibilities, or unavailability of any systems, including those integrated with the App.
Doris.Mobi will use its best efforts to keep the App accessible in a secure, uninterrupted manner, free from interruptions or failures. You acknowledge, however, that Doris.Mobi does not guarantee that the App will operate without interruptions or malfunctions. In particular, the operation of the App may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or system or network issues. Doris.Mobi does not guarantee that the App can be accessed through all existing wireless services or available data services, nor in all geographic locations.
Doris.Mobi disclaims any liability for: (i) events arising from any interruption or malfunction of the App;
(ii) any malfunction, inability to access, or inadequate conditions of use of the App due to improper equipment, issues related to internet service providers, network saturation, or any other reason; and
(iii) any virus that may affect Your equipment as a result of access, use, or browsing on the internet, or as a consequence of data, file, image, text, video, or audio transfers.
Doris.Mobi is not responsible for technical and/or operational defects arising from systems, equipment, or infrastructure of the User or third parties.
In no case shall Doris.Mobi be liable for compensating lost profits or any damages You may suffer due to the inability to use the App, regardless of the reason for such inability
Although Doris.Mobi uses Generative Artificial Intelligence technology to provide a visual experience that helps the User understand how an item may fit their image, it is important to highlight that the generated images do not necessarily correspond to reality or to the exact fit of the item on the User’s body.
Due to the nature of this technology, the generated images may contain imperfections or inconsistencies, including but not limited to:
• Incorrect or distorted representations of parts of the User’s body;
• Inclusion or omission of tattoos, body marks, or changes in skin tone;
• Involuntary exposure of intimate or sensitive areas, especially in cases of incorrect application or image reconstruction failures;
• Inclusion or exclusion of non-existent body parts or deformations, including in cases involving people with physical disabilities or amputations.
The use of the App and the generated images is the sole responsibility of the User. Doris.Mobi does not guarantee the accuracy, fidelity, or adequacy of the generated images and recommends that the User use them only for preliminary visualization purposes. If the User identifies any flaw, discomfort, or issue in the generated images, they may report it through our Support channel, thereby contributing to the continuous improvement of the service.
6. Intellectual Property
You acknowledge that Doris.Mobi is the holder and/or licensee of all intellectual property rights related to the App, which are protected under Applicable Law.
You acknowledge and agree that You may not:
• Copy, reproduce, alter, or modify the App or any of its screens;
• Create products or services derived from the App;
• Use any device, software, or other resource that may interfere with the activities and operations of the App, as well as with advertisements, descriptions, accounts, or its databases;
• Transmit or make available, by any means, any virus, spyware, code, resource, or program intended to damage or impair the operation of the App or any equipment connected to and/or with access to Doris.Mobi;
• Access, monitor, or copy any content or information from the App using robots, spiders, scrapers, or other automated means for any purpose, without Doris.Mobi’s prior and express written authorization;
• Incorporate any part of the App into any other website by means of “framing,” “mirroring,” or any other method;
• Apply reverse engineering, decompile, or disassemble the App, any of its applications, or Doris.Mobi’s websites; and/or
• Otherwise violate, claim, or impair the use of intellectual property rights over the App, at any time and under any circumstances.
The commercial use of the expressions “DORIS,” “Doris Community,” or “Doris.Mobi” as a trademark, trade name, or domain name, as well as the contents of the App’s screens, programs, the App’s “look and feel,” the database resulting from the App’s operation, networks, and files that allow You to access and use the App, are the exclusive property of Doris.Mobi and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, industrial design laws, and international treaties. You hold no rights over any of such intellectual property items. Improper use and total or partial reproduction of said contents without Doris.Mobi’s authorization are expressly prohibited.
The App will contain links to third-party websites, which does not mean that such sites are owned, operated, or under the responsibility of Doris.Mobi. As Doris.Mobi has no control over these third-party sites, it shall not be liable for their contents, practices, products, and/or services offered. The presence of links to other sites does not imply any partnership, supervision, complicity, or solidarity between Doris.Mobi and the third-party owners of such sites and their contents.
Any intrusion, attempt, or activity that violates or contravenes Applicable Intellectual Property Laws and/or the prohibitions set forth in these Terms of Use shall render the responsible party subject to the relevant legal actions, as well as the sanctions provided herein, and liable for compensation for any damages caused.
You expressly acknowledge that by sending/transmitting/uploading any Content through/to the App and to the Doris Community, You will be granting Doris.Mobi express, free of charge, non-exclusive, irrevocable, and irreversible authorization to use all intellectual property rights (including copyrights and related rights) over such Content sent/transmitted/uploaded by You to the App, in any medium or form, at its sole discretion, without any restriction or limitation of any kind. You declare and warrant that the Content mentioned herein will not infringe third-party rights and that You will hold all authorizations that may be necessary for the sending/transmission/uploading of such Content.
7. Updates to these Terms of Use
Doris.Mobi may amend these Terms of Use at any time and for any reason. In the event of an amendment to the Terms of Use, the date at the top of these Terms of Use will also be updated by Doris.Mobi.
If disclosure is made through the App, You must agree to the new version of these Terms of Use in order to continue using the App, and the new Terms of Use will take effect on the date of Your expressed agreement.
If disclosure is made through instant messaging applications, the new Terms of Use will take effect five (5) calendar days after their disclosure. If You do not agree with the amended terms, You must, within said period, delete Your Account in the App using the Settings section or by submitting a written request through our Support. Once deleted, Your Account will be terminated and the contractual relationship between You and Doris.Mobi will cease to exist.If no manifestation is made within the period stipulated above, it will be understood that You have accepted the new Terms of Use.
Doris.Mobi will keep the updated version of these Terms of Use available in the App under the Settings section so that You may consult it at any time.
8. Suspension and Termination of AccountWithout prejudice to other measures, Doris.Mobi may suspend or terminate Your Account, regardless of any notice, at any time and without Doris.Mobi incurring any burden or penalty, if:
• You fail to comply with any provision (i) of these Terms of Use, (ii) of the

• You engage in fraudulent, simulated, or intentional acts;
• You remain inactive for more than one year;Doris.Mobi suspects any illegitimacy, fraud, or any other act contrary to the provisions of these Terms of Use;
• Any information provided by You in the App is incorrect, false, outdated, or cannot be verified and/or confirmed by Doris.Mobi;
• You do not agree with the amendments to these Terms of Use made by Doris.Mobi, as provided in the Section on Updates to these Terms of Use;
• You create more than one Account;You transmit any Sensitive Personal Data or Personal Data of minors under 18 years of age (except if You are the legal representative of the minor under Applicable Law) through the App; and/or
• You request the Deletion of Your Personal Data and/or revoke the consent granted to Doris.Mobi for Doris.Mobi to carry out the Processing of Your Personal Data, under the terms of the
Privacy and Data Protection Policy;
• Doris.Mobi receives any complaint from a third party alleging that You have violated these Terms of Use, the
Privacy and Data Protection Policy, and/or any Applicable Law.
The suspension or termination of Your Account does not prevent the adoption of legal actions that may arise from the possible configuration of civil or criminal offenses or damages to Doris.Mobi or third parties.
You may terminate Your Account at any time without incurring any burden. Account termination may be carried out directly in the App under the Settings section or by submitting a written request through our Support.
If Your Account is suspended or terminated, Doris.Mobi may, at its sole discretion, suspend access to or delete (as applicable) all or any information from Your Account, except for Personal Data, in accordance with Applicable Law and the
Privacy and Data Protection Policy.
9. General Provisions
You may not assign and/or transfer any of Your rights and obligations established in these Terms of Use without the prior written consent of Doris.Mobi. In the absence of such prior written consent, any attempt at assignment and/or transfer shall be deemed null, void, and without effect
Doris.Mobi may, at its sole discretion, assign and/or transfer any of its rights and obligations established in these Terms of Use to third parties, regardless of Your consent.
Partial exercise or non-exercise, granting of time, tolerance, or omission in the exercise of any right granted to Doris.Mobi under these Terms of Use and/or Applicable Law shall not constitute novation or waiver of such right, nor impair its enforcement.
The nullity or invalidity of any provision of these Terms of Use shall not imply the nullity or invalidity of the remaining provisions.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, and to resolve any disputes arising directly or indirectly herefrom, the Court of the District of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, is hereby elected, with the express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be or may become.
